Giovanni has been screened for aortic stenosis (and other heart abnormalities via Doppler echocardiogram), ARVC (via holter). He has been DNA tested for Degenerative Myelopathy and for the 1 known mutated gene associated with ARVC. The results of these screenings/tests are:

Hips:
 
At 5 months of age, Gio's rear left leg was severely broken and his left hip cracked. Not only did this result in his left leg being approximately 1" shorter than his right, x-rays have shown his left hip is not the prettiest to look at. Due to the condition his left leg/hip has been left in, hip x-rays were not submitted for evaluation. However, x-rays are available upon request to those seriously interested in stud service.
